In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns

2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label if applicable.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The return request is initiated within the 14-day return window.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria mentioned above. After verification, we will proceed with the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.
